Austin, TX —  Texas Medical Liability Trust (TMLT) proudly announces that our Board of Governors voted to dedicate $30 million to the Trust Rewards Program for 2013. These funds are the Board’s way of rewarding our policyholders for their loyalty.

With $100 million already allocated to the program in 2012, this announcement brings the Trust Rewards total to$130 million. No other medical malpractice insurer offers this much to Texas physicians.

Policyholders enrolled in the program will find their 4th quarter statements in the mail in January. It will show the amount already dedicated to their accounts for 2012. The new $30 million allocation will appear on future statements in 2013. If you enrolled in the program in 2012, there is no need to enroll again. Your portion of the $30 million will automatically be allocated to your account.

TMLT policyholders who have questions about the Trust Rewards program or still need to enroll can contact TMLT’s customer service team at 800-580-8658 ext. 5050 or Physicians interested in learning more about TMLT’s medical professional liability (MPL) coverage can call 800-580-8658 and ask for a sales representative.
